Price rule parameters:

  • Name & Description: A clear name and description of the rule (This information will be displayed to your company's clients).
  • Discount (%): Specify the percentage by which to reduce the product cost from its base price.
  • Level (Priority): If a client qualifies for multiple rules at once, the system uses the Level. The higher the number, the higher the application priority.

Discount trigger conditions

You can fill in one or all of the fields below. At least one condition must be specified:

Annual spendThe total sum of the client's completed orders over the past year.
Order valueThe minimum total value of the current order in the cart.
Min. units (per item)The minimum quantity of a specific product in the order.

How rules are applied

🤖 Automatically

The created rule is automatically applied to all products. During checkout, the system tracks user actions and instantly recalculates the cart if the conditions are met.

👤 Manual assignment

You can manually assign a rule to a specific client. Go to Users ➔ find the user ➔ click the edit (pencil) icon ➔ select the rule. It will be applied by default.

Stripe integration details

To connect Stripe, copy the Publishable Key and Secret Key from your account. The system handles all the complex setup:

  • Key encryption: Your Secret Key is securely encrypted. After saving, it becomes unreadable and is displayed as **** for your security.
  • Auto-verification: After a successful connection, the system will automatically retrieve and display your Stripe account name.
  • Webhook setup: The system will automatically add the webhook URL to your Stripe and save the encrypted webhook secret. If you see **** in the field — you are ready to accept payments!
✓ Set as Default

Sets this payment method as default. It will be automatically pre-selected in the buyer's cart during checkout.

✓ Enabled

Enables or disables the display of this method for clients. Remember: for the checkout to work, at least one method must be enabled.
